In-store marketing overview
To let customers know Affirm is available in your store, clinic, or office, you can use the Affirm signage and messaging options provided. All assets are available in PDF or Adobe InDesign formats, and dimensions are included in the file names (except one-pagers). InDesign files can be resized as needed.
You can also add your unique Affirm QR code to signage to create a smooth checkout experience. Contact your assigned Client Success Manager or email csm@affirm.com if you have any questions, or to get help accessing your QR code.

Distributing to Your Network?
If you are a Platform Partner supporting physical businesses (e.g., auto shops, medical clinics, or contractors), you can bundle these digital assets into a 'Marketing Kit' for your merchants to print and display in their waiting rooms or reception areas.
To let customers know Affirm is available in your store, clinic, or office, you can use the Affirm signage and messaging options provided. All assets are available in PDF or Adobe InDesign formats, and dimensions are included in the file names (except one-pagers). InDesign files can be resized as needed.
You can also add your unique Affirm QR code to signage to create a smooth checkout experience. Contact your assigned Partner Manager or email Affirm-platform-support@affirm.com if you have any questions, or to get help accessing your QR code.
Note for Manual or Virtual Card Processing: If Affirm is not built directly into your checkout screen (meaning you process transactions manually or via Virtual Card), we highly recommend adding your unique Affirm QR code to these assets. This allows clients to scan and pre-qualify on their own device while waiting, significantly speeding up the checkout process at the desk.
Placement for Service-Based Businesses
For businesses without a traditional 'checkout aisle' (like mechanics, dentists, or contractors), place signage where payment discussions happen:
- The Front Desk: Place a 'Tent Card' or 'Counter Card' next to the payment terminal or scheduling computer.
- The Waiting Room: Use 'One-Pagers' or 'Takeaway Cards' on side tables so clients can read about payment plans while they wait.
- The Estimate: Clip a 'Small Card' to physical clipboard estimates or invoices handed to the client.
