Note that these templates are applicable for the Direct API integration type only.

For merchants sending invoices via a platform, use these subject lines and calls-to-action (CTAs) to replace the retail-focused content in the PDFs above.

  • Subject Line: ‘Flexible payment options for your recent invoice #12345’
  • Headline: ‘Pay your balance over time.’
  • Body: ‘We know big expenses come up. That’s why we’ve partnered with Affirm to offer flexible payment plans for your [Service/Project]. Pay at your own pace.’
  • Button CTA: ‘Pay Invoice’ (replaces ‘Shop Now’)
