If promotional messaging is not showing up on your eCommerce website when integrating directly with Affirm, it may be due to configuration or integration setup issues. Follow these steps to troubleshoot your messaging configuration:
- Check if your API Keys are entered correctly. Learn more about API keys in this article.
- When directly integrating with Affirm, you will need to add Affirm.js embed code to the head of your global page template and confirm it’s correctly added. Here is a quick guide on how to set up your promotional messages.
Confirm the cart floor or lowest purchase amount available for your business is set to the correct minimum. For example, if a cart floor was set to 150 USD, but Affirm is available for carts from 50 USD or higher, then anything between the 50-150 USD range won’t show the Affirm messaging.
