If your API keys are not working correctly on BigCommerce, we recommend checking that the API keys are entered correctly on the corresponding fields within the BigCommerce Dashboard and that you’re not working on the test or sandbox modes.

Confirm the correct API keys are entered on your promotional settings and that sandbox mode is off with this path:
- In the BigCommerce Dashboard click on Apps:

- Click on Affirm Marketing and then click on Settings:

- The field for your Public keys and the option for toggling the on/off button of the Sandbox mode will be displayed, make sure Sandbox mode is turned off:

Note: We recommend copying and pasting your API keys rather than manually writing them, also, check for typos or part of the API key being cut off.
Once you checked your promotional settings, continue to check your payment settings:

- The fields for your Public and Private keys will be displayed as well as the option to select Test Mode. Make sure Test Mode is marked as No (Recommended):
