If promotional messaging is not showing up on your eCommerce website when integrating directly with Affirm, it may be due to configuration or integration setup issues. Follow these steps to troubleshoot your messaging configuration:

- Confirm the cart floor or lowest purchase amount available for your business is set to the correct minimum.Learn more here.

Pi30 (Pay in 30) allows customers to make purchases between $35 and $49, and pay 30 days after their purchase while Pi4 divides the purchase amount into four payments every two weeks.
- The cart floor for Affirm purchases is $35 USD if Pay in 30 is part of your financing program. For merchants where a financing program does not include Pay in 30, the cart floor is set to $50 USD.
