The standard authorization window to capture transactions is 30 days. Within this timeframe, you can either Capture (confirm) or Void (cancel) the transaction. However, if for some reason you missed the authorization window or have items that take longer than 30 days to manufacture/deliver, you can request an authorization window extension by contacting our Merchant Care team using the Business Resource Hub support widget located in the Merchant Portal.
Please note that:
- Authorization window extensions are not retroactive. The window extension will only impact transactions placed after the window has been updated.
- To extend the authorization window, authentication and approval from the administrator contact are necessary. If the requester isn't the administrator contact, we'll involve them in the case for approval.
For a quicker resolution, it's advised that the request originates directly from the administrator contact.
