Overview
To further protect the information of our merchants and consumers, attachments in support tickets are now stored behind authentication. This means that when you receive an attachment from our team, you’ll need to log into our Business Resource Hub before you can view or download the file.
Step-by-Step
- Click the attachment link sent to you.
- You’ll be redirected to our Business Resource Hub login page.
- Log in using your email and password (or create an account if it’s your first time).
- Once logged in, you’ll be able to view and download your file.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: No problem! Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and you’ll receive an email to reset it.
Q: Why can’t I log in or create an account?
A: If you get an error message try logging in or creating an account. You may need to enable cookies

A: Absolutely! Once you log in, you can stay signed in for easy access in the future.
Q: Can I still submit attachments without logging in?
A: Yes! If you need to send us a file, you can do so without logging in. Authentication is only required to view attachments that we send to you.
