Affirm facilitates the process of adding multiple business locations to your Affirm business instance. To initiate the inclusion of a new business location, reach out to our Merchant Care team via the help widget located on the bottom right of our Business Resource Hub or Merchant Portal. Please include the following information:
- What's the URL of your new site?
- Is the site currently live? If not, when is the expected launch date?
- Is the new site under the same legal entity as your existing merchant account?
If eligible, you will be contacted to provide additional information regarding your request.
If your new site is under a different legal entity, a new merchant account and agreement are required. To proceed in this case, you can simply fill out the account creation form below, once your new website is live.
Once approved, you will be notified and your new agreement will be sent after our legal team reviews it. Also, you will be asked to fill out an onboarding form for your new site integration.
Finally, you'll receive a signature request in your inbox. Once signed, our internal team will activate your account after a final review, so you can access the dashboard.
