In some cases, merchants using the Virtual Terminal may experience an error that states "You Did Not Provide an API Key Pair". This usually occurs due to an inactive session – the Merchant Portal has been opened for some time and the session expires.
To troubleshoot this issue, we advise you to:
- Sign out
- Open a new browser window
- Try signing in to a new session

Once our Merchant Care team receives your request, it will be reviewed and a path towards resolution will be communicated to you.
