There may be some cases where you receive a partial payment for multiple orders. This does not mean the payment is incomplete or wasn’t generated at all. Most of the time, these partial payments will depend on your settlement balance, whether it is negative or positive:
Our lending partners send payments only if your total settlement balance is positive. If your overall balance is negative due to a significant number of refunds in the past, you may only receive part of the payment from your most recent loan as some would have been used to cover negative balances.
- If the merchant (you) cancels part of the order and refunds the amount back to the customer’s loan, it may generate a partial payment.
