There are situations where your Affirm merchant account has zero or minimal activity, and have been inactive for an extended period of time. Regardless of how long this period of inactivity may be, your account doesn’t get frozen or deactivated.
To generate activity with your account again:
- Complete setting up your Affirm Merchant account if you haven't done so yet.
- Make sure that your business has been approved to partner with Affirm. You can resubmit your business application to Affirm using the same information (and email address) that you previously used.
- Complete your integration process with Affirm. To do so, you can follow the instructions found in this article: Integrating with Affirm: Overview.
