If Affirm resolves a dispute in favor of your customer, Affirm will refund the disputed amount to the customer. Following this, the merchant will reimburse Affirm for the amount refunded to the customer.
However, if the merchant wishes to contest Affirm's resolution of a Merchant Dispute, the merchant may submit a written rebuttal to Affirm promptly following the resolution.
Send an email to merchantcare@affirm.com and provide one of the following:
- Proof the order was delivered accordingly. (Click here to check the rebuttal evidence that you can provide)
- Proof of Public Refund Policy.
If the dispute is determined to have been adjudicated incorrectly in favor of the customer, Affirm will return the funds owed to you as a result of the dispute.
